what are the conversions of lard/butter to ml in oils
Hi Tom, thank you for your comment.
Oil and Lard contains 100% fat while butter usually 82-83% for this reason I made this calculator. I don’t use millilitres as I cannot be precise in the measurements but I scale everything, so put a small glass on the scale, tare it and pour oil in it to measure in grams rather than ml.
